I focus on Team Management, Project Management, Shop Drawings Writer and Overall Day to Day Operations of the Business. Outside of work, I enjoy Smoking BBQ and Hanging out with Family and Friends.
William Rocha — Director
Hi, I’m William Rocha, Director at Southwest Commercial with 23 years of experience in the industry. I focus on brand strategy and positioning and work to drive revenue growth by aligning Sales and Marketing strategy, teams, and execution. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the word of God, being with my family, playing baseball, and working out.
Liz Becker — Accounting Manager
Hi, I’m Liz Becker, the Accounting Manager at Southwest Commercial Doors & Frames. With over 30 years of experience, I bring a broad operational and financial background that includes managing budgets, analyzing financial data, overseeing billing and collections, coordinating vendor payments, supporting executive decision-making, implementing systems and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and training teams on financial and operational workflows. My current focus is accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting. Outside of work, I enjoy photography and travel.
Karina Bustillos-Bowman — HR & Contracts Manager
I manage Human Resources and Contracts for Southwest Commercial Doors & Frames, ensuring the company remains fully compliant with all applicable requirements. I oversee HR operations, contract administration, and all prevailing wage responsibilities, as well as support OSHA compliance. My role focuses on maintaining accurate documentation and strengthening internal processes.
Kayla Bowman — Project Engineer
My name is Kayla Bowman, and I’m a project engineer at Southwest Commercial Doors & Frames. I have 1 year of experience working in door construction, focusing on gathering contract paperwork, distributing awarded projects, and assigning contracts to managers. In my free time, I like to snowboard and travel.
Krista — Estimator
Hi, I’m Krista, the newest member of the estimating team at Southwest Commercial Doors & Frames. In my role as a junior estimator, I’m intrigued by the intricate specialized hardware that goes into the production of each door. In my free time, I love attending concerts from many genres of music.
